Find a class and book your child's space. Fill out a quick form and we will send confirmation via email, including FAQ information on where to park, what to wear and more.

2. ATTEND THEIR TRIAL CLASS
When you attend your class your coach will be there to meet you and your child. Trial classes are designed to be fun, build social connection and develop movement capacity.

3. JOIN THE MOVE MEMBERSHIP
Once you have attended your trial class, you will be sent a link to join and secure your child's space for future classes. Memberships start from just £29 per month (1 class per week), more info here.

Our unique MOVE awards programme is designed to recognise key stages of fitness, safely and progressively.
Level 1 - 2
This stage restores the basic movement patterns that your body is designed to use.
We rebuild mobility, balance, strength and coordination that everyday life restricts.
Examples: Bodyweight Squats, Floor Support Holds and Jumping forward and over a small object
MOVE awards has 10 levels, across several competencies, providing a broad range of movement and ability. Allowing your child to excel at everyday life alongside specialist sports.

MOVE Coach & Coordinator
CLAIRE MARSH
I am the Fitness Centre Manager and Owner of The Box Portsmouth, as well as a Raw Kids Gymnastics franchise owner and CrossFit affiliate owner. With over 20 years experience in youth fitness, I am a CrossFit Kids & Teens coach and coordinator as well as a Level 3 CrossFit trainer. An ex-Commonwealth Games gymnast, I have coached all ages and abilities - from complete foundations through to world champions. I am passionate about building strong, confident movers and creating environments where everyone can thrive, no matter their starting point.

MOVE Teens Lifting Coach
DAVID WRIGHT
I am a highly experienced fitness coach who teaches adults & teens, serving as our dedicated Teens Lifting Coach. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a British Weightlifting Coach, with a strong focus on building sound technique, strength and confidence. Known for my calm, consistent approach, I support athletes of all levels to progress safely and effectively, helping them reach their full potential in both lifting and overall fitness.

MOVE Kids Coach
EMMA WALKER
I am a Level 1 Gymnastics Coach with over 8 years coaching experience and 5 years in the fitness industry, including CrossFit and boot camp classes. I coach all ages from 18 months to adults and am passionate about creating fun, supportive and rewarding sessions. I proudly represented Great Britain in TeamGym at the European Championships twice, bringing home a bronze medal in 2020.
