A playful 45-minute session designed to build confidence and coordination through fun, age-appropriate movement. Children learn basic CrossFit movements with an emphasis on games, body awareness and safe movement habits.

Claire Marsh
MOVE Coach & Coordinator
I'm the Fitness Centre Manager and Owner of The Box Portsmouth, as well as a Raw Kids Gymnastics franchise owner and CrossFit affiliate owner. With over 20 years experience in youth fitness, I am a CrossFit Kids & Teens coach and coordinator as well as a Level 3 CrossFit trainer. An ex-Commonwealth Games gymnast, I have coached all ages and abilities - from complete foundations through to world champions. I am passionate about building strong, confident movers and creating environments where everyone can thrive, no matter their starting point.

David Wright
MOVE Teens Coach
I'm a highly experienced fitness coach who teaches adults & teens, serving as our dedicated Teens Lifting Coach. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a British Weightlifting Coach, with a strong focus on building sound technique, strength and confidence. Known for my calm, consistent approach, I support athletes of all levels to progress safely and effectively, helping them reach their full potential in both lifting and overall fitness.

I'm a youth development professional with experience creating programmes that help young people build confidence, resilience and life skills. Through sport, physical activity and hands on learning, I support teens to thrive , grow stronger and build positive habits for life.

Emma Walker
MOVE Kids Coach
I am a Level 1 Gymnastics Coach with over 8 years coaching experience and 5 years in the fitness industry, including CrossFit and boot camp classes. I coach all ages from 18 months to adults and am passionate about creating fun, supportive and rewarding sessions. I proudly represented Great Britain in TeamGym at the European Championships twice, bringing home a bronze medal in 2020.
